After each session, tutors are required to fill out a short feedback form to record session outcomes, support billing and payouts, and contribute to student progress tracking.

To submit feedback:

  1. Click the Add Feedback button on the session card.

  2. In the form, select one of the session status tags:

    • Completed

    • No Show

    • Other

  3. Specify the number of credits to charge for this session.

    • These credits are used for billing and tutor payouts (if enabled by your organization)

    • For example, if a typical session is supposed to be 60 mins but actual session goes on for 90 mins, you may choose Custom under Session Consumed and enter 1.5

  4. Fill out the two text fields:

    • Topics Covered: Briefly describe what was taught or worked on.

    • Comments: Share additional notes, observations, or follow-up suggestions.

Why this matters

The feedback you provide may be:

  • Sent directly to parents.

  • Used in generating monthly AI-powered summary reports.

The more informative your comments, the more meaningful and personalized the student’s progress reports will be.
