Key Features and Functions (1:1)
1. Home and Timeline
On the course Homepage you would find the past and upcoming session details along with the basic information about the course and the tutor.
The Timeline gives you a clear view of your learning journey—showing records of past sessions, tutor feedback, shared discussions, and important updates like upcoming scheduled tests, all in one place.
2. Session Booking (if enabled)
If you’re enrolled in a 1:1 course, you can book sessions directly with your tutor based on your remaining session credits.
How it works:
To book a session with the tutor, follow the steps below
To book a session:
Go to your Course Page.
Click on the Book Session button.
Choose a date and time based on your tutor’s availability.
You may book multiple sessions at a time
Confirm the booking.
Once booked, the session will appear on your calendar and your tutor will be notified.
This feature gives you flexibility and control over your schedule while keeping the booking process simple and transparent.
3. Content
The Content section is where you’ll find all the learning materials shared by your tutor.
What you can do here:
View Study Materials: Access PDFs, videos, presentations, and other resources uploaded by your tutor.
Browse Organized Sections: Materials are grouped into sections (like Week 1, Assignments, Tests) so it’s easy to find what you need.
Complete Assignments & Homework: Download tasks and submit your responses as instructed.
Take Tests: Access and attempt quizzes or tests assigned by your tutor directly from this section.
Everything you need to review, practice, and stay prepared is neatly organized for easy access throughout your course.
4. Chat
The Chat feature allows students to stay connected and get support whenever needed.
Who you can chat with:
Your Tutor: Ask questions, clarify doubts, or discuss assignments.
Institute Admins: Reach out for help with scheduling, payments, or general support.
Chats are organized by course, making it easy to keep track of conversations. It’s a convenient way to communicate without needing to switch platforms or wait for emails.
