Getting Started

1. Login:

Once you are added you would receive an email on your registered email ID. You can login to your account by directly clicking on the Get Started button

You can also login directly on the portal using your registered email address or phone number. If the registered email address is a Gmail ID, you can login directly using the Google login. For other cases follow the steps below,

A) When Fixed Pin is NOT enabled

  1. Enter your registered email address or phone number to generate a One Time Password (OTP)

  2. Enter the OTP received on your registered email / phone number to login (the OTP is valid for 5mins)

  3. You can regenerate OTPs by clicking Resend OTP

B) When Fixed Pin is enabled

The admin will share your fixed login pin with you. Once you have received the PIN and your corresponding email ID / Phone number, simply use that to login to the portal

If you have forgotten or lost the Fixed PIN you may press Resent PIN / Request OTP to receive the login PIN / OTP on your registered email ID or phone number

2. Account Profile

Once you have logged in you can visit the profile section to see if details are in order such as your name, profile picture and other details.

After you login you may see a registration form with additional details. Simply fill the details to complete your profile.
